In three weeks, assuming all goes well, my tent and I will land in Peru to begin some travels. I have a vague South American route in mind initially but I'm sure as is so often the case, the journey will unfold in many unintended ways, and so much the better. It could be six months, it could be more, since I know how one year can so easily turn into three... This blog (though I'll also be using good old pen and paper for the gritty stuff) equates to my personal travel journal for both practical and sentimental reasons. I’m afraid if you’re reading this it’s going to be a very one-sided affair, but an easy way of averting the drift from family and friends, old and new, whilst away. If you're more keen on the photos, all are expandable by clicking, and the next shots I upload should be from South America itself! Feliz Navidad...
